Kagome is a friend of inuyasha, she is very kind, and she is beautiful.

Kagome is from the present japan, but 1 day she was drawn into a well where she descovers that she had been traveled to the past where she joints Inuyasha and descovers that she was the reincarnation of a priestess name Kikio
